In the US, online survey and research services firm QuestionPro has launched a practice called Positive People Science, to help companies use data more effectively when building an employee experience strategy.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, QuestionPro offers a core technology platform covering surveys, customer experience and employee experience. Its new practice provides services such as survey design, advanced data analysis, action planning and impact assessment, across a variety of topics - from diversity, equity and inclusion, to leadership development, wellbeing, productivity, turnover / retention and managing multiple cultures. The division will then develop an action plan to meet the organization's goals - whether it is to reduce attrition, improve productivity, foster innovation or drive other initiatives. This plan includes steps and measurable outcomes that are evaluated on an ongoing basis after implementation, providing an opportunity for adjustment and progression towards goals.
The Positive People Science practice is led by Sanja Licina, who has more than twenty years' experience of developing 'high performing cultures' through employee engagement; and Ana Bedacarratz, a psychologist who joined last August after serving as Lead Data Scientist at digital marketing specialist Globant's employee platform StarMeUp, and as Data Scientist at Globant itself.
Licina comments: 'Through meaningful and impactful data we help companies establish a better connection and more significant understanding of what their employee experience is like, and how to improve it. Our approach is data-driven, personalized and optimized for impact'.
