In the US, automotive software developer ProMax has launched Xperience, a customer experience management (CXM) platform for the retail auto space, designed to drive personalization across the customer journey.ProMax's 'Data Core' pulls together credit and financial, behavioral, transactional, historical and vehicle data to provide a 'more complete' picture of a customer. The new Xperience platform provides a tech stack combining CRM, desking, inventory management, data mining, web site management, lead generation and other functions into one integrated platform. This powers an engine which Promax says delivers great customer experience through automated, intelligent recommendations.
ProMax CEO Mike Dullea (pictured) says Xperience is intended as 'a smarter, more intuitive, and more integrated CXM platform that is completely unique from any other product available'. He adds: 'Dealers will be talking to their customers more like a human and less like a CRM'.
