In the UK, research and strategy consultancy Quadrangle has appointed Russ Wilson as Managing Director of Qualitative.
London-based Quadrangle focuses on helping brands improve customer and commercial performance. Wilson (pictured) joins from Amazon, where he served as EU Lead - Senior Customer Journey Insights Manager. Prior to this, he worked for Hall & Partners, in charge of a team of twelve qualitative researchers; and he was Qualitative Research Director at Truth Consulting. Earlier, he was a Senior Consultant at brand research consultancy Saatchi Clear, and a Consultant at Kantar's The Futures Company.
In his new role, Wilson is tasked with expanding and developing Quadrangle's qualitative offer, and building a dedicated qualitative team to work alongside existing multi-disciplinary and tracking teams. Alison Camps, Chairman of Quadrangle, comments: 'Russ is a fantastic addition to our already brilliant team, and a statement of our intent to take what we do for our clients to the next level.'
