DemandScience Adds CFO and General Counsel

In the US, B2B data company DemandScience has appointed Brian Cohen as Chief Financial Officer and John Milton as General Counsel.

DemandScience provides data and predictive insights allowing B2B sales and marketing professionals to identify, activate and convert the 'right buyers at the right time'. Cohen joins with a 30-year track record at global technology and SaaS businesses, most recently serving as CFO of cloud-native observability platform Logz.io. Previously he was CFO at cybersecurity specialist BitSight Technologies, and loud infrastructure provider DigitalOcean. At DemandScience he takes over from Gary Kraemer, who recently retired after three and a half years in the role.

Milton brings knowledge gained from more than 25 years helping cloud communication software platform Fuze, industrial manufacturing platform Markforged, IT security company Imprivata, storage system EqualLogic, cybersecurity software firm Symantec and others manage intellectual property, data privacy, compliance and transactions. Most recently, he served as General Counsel at Fuze.
