UserTesting Launches IoT Test Templates

Customer insights platform UserTesting has added Internet of Things (IoT) test templates for its 'Human Insight Platform', to gain user feedback and help understand how IoT and digitally connected devices perform.

The platform allows organizations to see and hear users' experiences of products and brands first-hand, as well as their reaction to concepts. Customer perspectives are captured from targeted audiences who have opted in to share their thoughts, and used to produce video-based 'Customer Experience Narratives', typically in less than a day and often within a few hours.

The firm's new templates have been developed to help companies see how people experience, interact with and react to the Internet of Things (IoT) and other connected devices. UserTesting provides video recordings of actual interactions of customers who have opted in to share their perspectives and experiences as they execute a pre-built series of tasks and instructions online.
