In the UK, insights platform QuMind has promoted Alan Hargreaves to the role of Managing Director, with Board level responsibility for the entire operation and co-responsibility for innovation.
Previously known as MindMover Group, and originally as Tpoll, QuMind offers a self-serve MR platform through which qual and quant research can be handled in one place, alongside dashboarding, reporting and sharing, and with access to 144m consumers worldwide through a global panel network. In addition, the firm has a team of in-house research professionals to support clients.
Hargreaves (pictured) set up and co-founded the QuMind business, having joined MindMover in 2017 as Director of Operations. Prior to this he founded boutique MR agency Effective Research; worked for Synovate Healthcare as Senior Key Relationship and Panel Manager; and for the iD Factor as Senior Project Manager / Panel Manager. He began his MR career as a CATI Interviewer at Market Probe, before joining Research Now as a Project Executive.
With the promotion of Hargreaves, all the delivery teams have been brought together - Self-Serve, Project Delivery and Full-Service Research.
