In New York, behavioral science insights agency BEESY has appointed long-time Ipsos exec Pam Vanover as Director, Research Operations.
Launched in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts, BEESY helps biopharma / healthcare and CPG companies with their marketing initiatives, by using behavioral science to better understand and impact customer decision-making and behavior. Vanover (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' MR experience, with a focus on healthcare research.
For the past more than nine years, she worked at Ipsos' qual and innovation research arm Ipsos Understanding UnLtd, latterly as Senior Manager, Project Management, leading training and development as well as managed projects across multiple categories including healthcare, CPG, finance and technology. Earlier, she was a Senior Project Director at Qfact Marketing Research, and Project Director at Illumination Research, having begun her research career with decade at Procter & Gamble.
