Loyalty Ventures Names New AIR MILES President

Consumer loyalty solutions provider Loyalty Ventures has appointed Shawn Stewart as President of its AIR MILES Reward Program segment, replacing Blair Cameron who is leaving the company.

Loyalty Ventures helps partners increase consumer basket size, shopper traffic, frequency and digital reach, with enhanced program reporting and analytics. The firm owns and operate Canada's AIR MILES Reward Program, through which collectors earn miles at more than 300 global and online brands and at thousands of retail and service locations across the country, in turn providing data which together with analytics and marketing capabilities helps clients drive and measure ROI.

Stewart (pictured), who will join on May 2nd, has expertise in consumer insights, customer, loyalty, digital marketing and analytics across multiple verticals. Most recently he served as SVP, Customer at Canadian Tire Corporation, in charge of the team responsible for enterprise loyalty, digital marketing, customer analytics and personalization. Prior to this he worked for McKinsey & Company and Accenture, developing customer acquisition and retention strategies, data-driven applications and customer experience programs. In addition, from 2010 to 2013, Stewart was a member of the AIR MILES leadership team, where his role included accountability for data and analytics for Sponsors.
