Firefish Healthcare Launches in London

In London, insight consultancy Firefish has launched a healthcare division led by its Group Board Director, Dr. Bob Cook.

Firefish was founded as a qual agency in London in 2000, then added quant division TheNumbersLab a decade later. It also owns a kids and family specialist, The Pineapple Lounge, and an in-house insight films specialist, Firefilms.

The firm's new Firefish Healthcare division will be led by Dr. Cook (pictured), who joined in 2000 from consumer and B2B agency 2CV. In his new role, he will apply his more than twenty years' insight experience in the healthcare sector, having earlier been a practising doctor and psychiatrist. His insights background includes leading healthcare projects for companies including GSK, Galderma, Bayer & Pfizer, across patient understanding and journeys, brand, communications, and innovation.

Firefish Group CEO, Jem Fawcus, comments: 'Firefish has built a name on getting closer to the human experience, so having Dr. Bob and the team bring this to the healthcare world is a natural progression for us as a group.
