In London, Kantar Public has appointed Alex Hurrell as Head of Evaluation, leading the continuing growth of its evaluation offer with UK government and public sector clients.
Established in 2016, Kantar Public pools expertise from around the group to offer advice on the delivery of public policy, services and communications. Hurrell (pictured) joins with more than seventeen years' experience in international development and public policy evaluation and research for public sector clients across the globe. Most recently he worked at Oxford Policy Management, as Senior Principal Consultant, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning, after a stint as COO.
Hurrell also spent two years at the Resolution Foundation, latterly as a Senior Analyst, specialising in social policy and analysis of poverty and inequality. His background includes leading large scale, complex projects specialising in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), impact evaluation, Value for Money (VFM) assessment, and the design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems to support programme accountability and impact across a wide range of public policy areas.
