Beehive Promotes Holt to Head of Research

In London, MR and customer experience (CX) insight agency Beehive Research has promoted Nicole Holt to the role of Head of Research, with a seat on the Board.

Nicole HoltLaunched in 2007, Beehive helps CX, insight and exec decision makers listen to and understand their customers and prospects. Holt (pictured) joined in 2018 as Research Director, with more than twenty years' experience of designing, implementing and analysing research programmes, in the UK and globally. She had spent the previous nearly a decade at full-service agency Network Research, where she latterly served as Senior AD, in charge of the Custom Research team. Prior to this, she was an AD at ORC International and at GfK NOP, where she began her career in the NOP graduate scheme and worked for nearly nine years.

Beehive said that Holt's promotion recognises her ambition and achievements as account lead on research programmes for many of the firm's long-standing clients, while marking her 'significant contribution' to the continued growth and success of the company. MD and founder Paul Kavanagh added: 'As Head of Research, Nicole will not only provide the research team with a voice on the Board, but will play a key role in our ability to secure and manage continued growth for the business. She's a huge asset to the team and I'm delighted to congratulate her on her well-deserved promotion.'
