In the US, Dentsu Health has appointed Olympia Mantsios as Global Vice President, Data & Analytics, while Lynda Gordon joins as SVP Product Development, charged with building new data products.
Mantsios moves to her new role after nearly eight years at Dentsu-owned customer experience management company Merkle, where she latterly served as Director, Health Analytics. Earlier, she was Manager of Strategy & Analytics at Digitas Health; and a Marketing Analyst at Publicis Healthcare.
Gordon also joins from Merkle, where she worked for eleven years, and most recently served as Vice President of Analytics. Prior to this she was Director of Advanced Analytics at IMS Health, Director of Sales and Marketing Analytics at Dun & Bradstreet, and a Statistical Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. In their new roles, Mantsios will build a centralized analytics team focusing on insights and thought leadership, and Gordon will focus on developing new data products and integrated solutions to support Dentsu Health's engagements with global health clients.
Both will report to Kent Groves, Global Head of Strategy, who comments: 'In both Olympia and Lynda, we have found award winning, hybrid leaders who genuinely understand the foundations of the health business, while at the same time are agents of change who are not afraid of taking risks to transform the role a health brand can play to be relevant, and value-additive to our clients'.
