US-based customer intelligence platform InMoment has acquired customer review management software company ReviewTrackers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Chicago, Illinois-based ReviewTrackers uses proprietary technology to collect review data from more than 150 review sites and uncover insights to help brands listen to and understand their customers.
InMoment says the deal will bolster its own Experience Intelligence (XI) platform, enabling it to offer both solicited feedback (from surveys) and unsolicited (from online reviews). Customers will now be able to access direct surveys, digital feedback, online ratings and reviews, and social media data all within one platform. Chris Campbell, CEO ReviewTrackers, says that joining InMoment will help clients better acquire and retain their customers.
Andrew Joiner, CEO of InMoment, adds: 'The acquisition of ReviewTrackers makes InMoment the first experience company to extend customer insights, analytics and action across the full customer lifecycle - acknowledging that customer reviews often set the stage for customer experience. Combining ReviewTrackers' customer review management with our XI Platform will give companies the ability to expand beyond surveys to include social media ratings and reviews, access a larger share of customer voice, manage online reputation, and improve experiences at an unparalleled scale'.
