S4 Capital-owned digital transformation specialist TheoremOne has appointed Will Kelly as Chief Growth Officer, to help scale its cross-functional, go-to-market capabilities. Three further C-Suite appointments and two new VPs have also been announced.
Acquired by Sir Martin Sorrell's ad and marketing services group S4 Capital in May, Los Angeles-based TheoremOne is an innovation and engineering company that advises clients on product strategy, engineering, design and culture, then partners with them to build and launch tech-driven solutions. Following the takeover, TheoremOne now has access to new capabilities in media, content, data and analytics, including S4 Capital's digital experience specialists Media.Monks.
Kelly (pictured) joins from product engineering company Cognizant Softvision, where he served as Senior Managing Director. Before this he led product teams at Monster Worldwide, HSBC and Boston Consulting Group. In his new role, Kelly will use his consulting and revenue generating capabilities to better regulate the TheoremOne brand and increase awareness about its service offerings.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Brady Brim-DeForest said: 'TheoremOne is a disruptive player in the technology consulting ecosystem - the addition of Will Kelly to our leadership team will drive our industry-wide impact even further and faster. Will is going to play a critical role in the next phase of our growth and I look forward to welcoming him to our team'.
Separately, the company has named Alex Finnemore as Chief Partnership Officer, Jesse Read as Chief Operating Officer and Alison Dean as Chief Administrative Officer, while Nick Spurlock has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and Chris Wilkinson has joined as Vice President of Products and Services.
