In the US, Ironwood Insights has hired three former Interviewing Service of America (ISA) employees - Gregg Stickeler, as Vice President, Key Accounts, and John Roses (JR) and Ed Coscolluela, as Project Managers. The firm has also opened a new call center in Rexburg, Idaho.
Ironwood Insights was formed in 2018, following the merger of Ironwood Insights with data collection specialist Information Alliance. Later, the group acquired data collection company Discovery Research Group (DRG), known for its range of data collection methodologies for MR, healthcare follow-up, customer loyalty, tracking and polling studies; and then Ironwood acquired part of a full-service research firm in Texas. The company's new Rexburg call centre, which offers access to 93 interviewing seats, is located near Brigham Young University's Rexburg campus, with hiring beginning immediately.
Stickeler (pictured) joins after more than 32 years at ISA, where he latterly served as SVP Client and Project Services. Before this, he was Director of Telephone Operations at VFIS, where he worked for more than a dozen years, and he spent the prior twelve years at Valley Forge Information Service, latterly as Director of Data Collection. Roses was previously a Client Manager at ISA, and Coscolluela served as Senior Project Manager there.
CEO Brad Larson comments: 'While our company offers a broad range of market research services, we know how important it is to match the methodology our clients request to meet their desired outcomes. We offer telephone data collection, as well as online and mail surveys for quantitative studies, in addition to our qualitative services. There is certainly a market for clients who require a telephone interview and our expert team knows how to collect this data for meaningful results.'
