In New York, people analytics platform Knoetic has raised $36m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use to hire for its Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams. The firm's People Analytics platform is used to uncover workforce insights on their attrition, DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), performance, compensation and more. In addition, the firm offers access to its CPOHQ Community - a global network of 'people leaders' and chief people officers (CPOs) with access to benchmarking and providing a platform for discussions.
New funding has been led by EQT Ventures, with participation from new investor Menlo Ventures, and long-time partner Accel, which led the $18m Series A last year. As part of the investment, Ali Mitchell, Partner and Co-Head of EQT Ventures, will join Knoetic's Board of Directors. Joseph Quan (pictured), Knoetic's founder and CEO, explains: 'I couldn't be more thrilled to partner with EQT Ventures as we execute this next chapter of Knoetic's story. I have a true thought partner in Ali, who understands the vision. We're excited to play big and win big with his team.'
