In the US, merchandising, marketing and supply chain solutions provider SymphonyAI Retail CPG has partnered with event intelligence firm PredictHQ, to help clients prepare for the impact of events such as public holidays, school holidays and 'observances'.The Symphony firm provides forecasting services which it claims show a 'vast accuracy and performance improvement' when compared to traditional statistical models. It will now integrate PredictHQ's verified event data into these, boosting its ability to help clients prepare for demand caused by specific events.
