In the US, HR analytics dashboard Employee Cycle has closed a $2.5m seed round of financing, which it will use to support the development and launch of its Employee Data Platform (EDP), and to hire for its sales, marketing and engineering departments.Employee Cycle aims to help HR leaders bring together employee data, spread across multiple HR systems, into a centralized platform. Using APIs from a wide variety of HR systems, the firm provides a single data-driven view of the entire workforce, to enable HR leaders to better identify, communicate, and solve workforce problems - such as turnover costs, lack of diversity, gender pay inequality - and poor employer brand.
New funding has been led by Impellent Ventures, with participation from Collab Capital, Converge VC, and other angel investors and contributors. Commenting on the News, Employee Cycle CEO Bruce Marable (pictured) says: 'The support from customers, integration partners, and a diverse coalition of investors and industry leaders is validation of our model, and an opportunity to help organizations better anticipate the needs of employees'.
