In the UK, Omnicom-owned data-driven marketing agency network Hearts & Science has promoted Amy Matthews for the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
Launched in the US in 2016, Hearts & Science helps clients with personalized digital marketing, through a combination of CRM and addressable channels, and real-time insights and targeting. Matthews (pictured) joined nearly five years ago and most recently served as Head of Client Experience. Before this she worked for communications planning and buying agency Rocket and Havas-owned Arena Media.
In her new role, as part of the senior leadership team, she will represent the company in cross-functional teams on areas such as DE&I across the OMG UK network. She reports to CEO Garrett O'Reilly, who comments: 'While we've invested heavily in data and technology in line with our mission to make our industry fit for the future, we are very aware that the right talent working in optimal conditions is critical to our success. Amy's new role will enable her to make a real impact both with our teams and for our clients'.
