London-based strategic insight consultancy Rainmakers CSI has announced new hires including Megan Bateman as a Consultant, and Diellza Osmanaj and Sonny Dewhurst as Associate Consultants; and has promoted George Randell and Chris Tough to Senior Consultant roles.
Launched in 2007 and independently owned, the company helps clients find opportunities for profitable growth, develop customer, brand and marketing strategies, segment markets and develop winning propositions. The appointments come amid strong growth - the firm has doubled its turnover in the last two years.
Randell joined the company in early 2021 from Savanta, while Tough arrived shortly after from mobile-based intelligence platform Streetbees, and worked previously at b2b specialist Circle Research.
Bateman spent three years at Kantar, gaining quant and qual experience, while Osmanaj and Dewhurst bring expertise in psychology / neuroscience, and behavioural psychology, respectively.
CEO Colin Buckingham says the firm is 'delighted to be able to promote from within and to welcome fantastic people to join our journey'. He adds: 'Everyone at Rainmakers CSI makes a difference to our clients and everyone can grow as we grow. We look forward to another year of stellar performance'.
