In Galway, Ireland, investigative intelligence analytics specialist Siren has appointed Dr Ryan Clarke as Managing Director of a new strategic and applied projects division, Siren Consulting.
Siren evolved out of a collaboration between a team of over 30 researchers in the National University of Ireland, Galway, led by Dr. Giovanni Tummarello and Dr. Renaud Delbru, with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - focused on how to derive meaning out of data with a particular focus on search. Dr. Clarke is a multi-domain intelligence and operational specialist whose has worked in strategic positions around the globe in law enforcement, defence, investment banking and emergency response, in complex environments against hostile state actors and other networked threat groups.
