Catalyx Appoints Shazia Ginai as Chief Growth Officer

Neuro-Insight Chief Executive Shazia Ginai is moving on from the role next month to become Chief Growth Officer at fast-expanding research platform Catalyx

After working in senior insight roles at hairstyling product company GHD and for seven years at Procter & Gamble, Ginai joined neuromarketing and neuroanalytics firm Neuro-Insight in 2017, initially as Head of Business Development, and was promoted to CEO in 2019. The business will now be led by Pranav Yadav and Holly Jordan, according to Ginai's LinkedIn note.

Catalyx is led by CEO and founder Guy White, and provides consumer insight via the proprietary 'Consumer Activation System', and focusing on the four areas of 'Insight Discovery, Innovation Development, Communication Development and Go to Market'.
