Canvs AI Adds Translation for MRX Platform

Text analytics specialist Canvs AI has added translation capabilities to Canvs MRX, allowing users to analyze open-ended text from multiple languages, directly on the platform.

New York-based Canvs uses a patented AI and machine learning platform to analyze open-ended text from surveys, customer reviews and social media. This can be used to help understand how consumers feel, why they feel that way, and the business impact those feelings and behavior create for brands. Canvs MRX automatically classifies and categorizes open-ended responses, including measurement of nuanced emotional expression.

With the new 'Translation for Canvs MRX', which is based on Google Cloud Translation, the language of the open-ended text is automatically detected on import, and translated to English for processing on the Canvs platform. Founder and CEO Jared Feldman (pictured) says Canvs has 'become a more and more indispensable part of customers' research processes', and adds: 'The addition of our translation engine is a major step forward in making it easier for our customers to analyze feedback and insights from a global audience'.
