Next15's data and insights group Savanta has launched a Qualitative and UX (user experience) Research division in the US and Canada.
Created in 2019, Savanta aims to combine the deep specialist expertise and tailored, client-first approach of a smaller agency with the resources of a larger firm. Last year, the firm launched Business Essentials, a suite of products which it says offers a 'low cost, high value alternative to traditional research and insights'.
In New York City, Savanta has appointed former KPMG Nunwood Senior Insights Director Barbara Weisfeld as Vice President, Qualitative and Nicole Beremovica as Research Analyst, while in the Toronto office, Meaghan Willis joins as Associate Director in Research, Insights and Consulting. Commenting on the launch, EVP of Global Experience Strategy, Nikki Lavoie (pictured), said: 'This new unit allows us to provide more holistic insight support to those seeking to deepen their knowledge of their users and customers, and we look forward to growing this team in the coming weeks and months.'
