Portugal-based media research platform MindProber has appointed former Formula E media exec Sebastian Tiffert as Vice President of Client Development, charged with driving its expansion in the UK and elsewhere in Europe. He is based in London.
MindProber's measurement solution enables media companies to understand the emotional impact of their content on consumers. Hand-held sensors are used to gather galvanic skin response signals from respondents in their own home, facilitating biometric testing of content and campaigns, which the firm says until now has been restricted to lab environments.
Tiffert (pictured) joins from motorsport championship Formula E, where he led all broadcast production and longer form programming. Prior to this, he managed all motorsport programming on Eurosport/Discovery, and oversaw the development of new linear and digital long and short content formats. While at Eurosport he worked on projects and major events including the Olympics, Athletics, Winter Sports, Football World Cup, and major motorsport championships.
