Customer experience (CX) platform Emplifi has announced an integration with visual messaging app Snapchat, to enable clients using Emplifi's Social Marketing Cloud to measure and manage their organic Snapchat content from within this cloud.
Headquartered in New York, Emplifi analyzes more than 138 million Voice of the Customer (VOC) data points every day, and monitors social media at scale, helping clients handle over one billion customer interactions each month. Its new integration enables marketers to view 'Snaps' directly in Emplifi's Content Hub from their connected public profiles; while gaining insights from selected metrics - such as taps, impressions, organic reach, swipes, and view time.
Snapchat has 363 million daily active users worldwide and reaches more than 75% of 13 to 34-year-olds in over twenty countries.
