In the UK, The Insights Family has hired Voxpopme co-founder Tom Williams as Chief Growth Officer, while moving Clive Maudsley to the role of COO. Founder Nick Richardson moves to Chief Strategy Officer, following the appointment of Rachel Bardill to lead the Marketing and Partnerships team.
The Insights Family operates Kids Insights, which conducts surveys with children aged 3 to 18 every week; and Parents Insights, which conducts weekly surveys of parents of children aged between 1 and 16. Williams (pictured) joins after co-founding video research technology company Voxpopme in 2013, and latterly serving as its Chief Revenue Officer.
Richardson comments: 'I met Tom in April 2021, and am pleased that he shared my vision for the future of the business and most importantly, has the experience and skills to transform our business into a global operation. Over the last five years, we have transitioned from a start-up to a scale-up, and now we need to evolve into a high performance, fast-growth organisation which further establishes itself as the global leader through international expansion'.
The Insights Family says that Williams' appointment is the final stage of transforming the company's executive team, to lead the business through its next stage of growth - changes that include moving Maudsley and hiring Bardill. Separately, the company has promoted Tanya Sarakinis from Commercial Director to SVP Business Development; George Sarakinis from Client Strategy Director to SVP Client Growth; and Claire Garner to SVP Research and Trends, having previously held the role of Senior Research and Trends Director.
