New Global Structure for InSites Consulting

February 20 2023

Communities specialist InSites Consulting has announced an expansion of its Executive Committee and the appointment of a first Chief Growth Officer - Managing Partner Tom De Ruyck.

Magali GeensIn the new role, De Ruyck is tasked with driving global growth and installing a regional support structure. Regional MDs Camille Nicita (USA), Magali Geens (pictured, EMEA), and Maz Amirahmadi (APAC) join the group's Executive Committee as does Fiona McNae, MD of sub-brand Space Doctors - InSites says this will put 'client needs and regional realities front and center of the business'.

The firm has acquired no fewer than nine agencies since Mentha Capital invested at the end of 2018, and now boasts a significant presence in the USA (about one third of revenue), EMEA (almost half) and APAC (one fifth). Its 900 people are spread over 23 offices and between them realized revenue of $115m in 2022 - double digit growth year-on-year. In November, the agency announced the appointment of Els De Paepe as Chief People Officer.

CEO Kristof De Wulf comments: 'This feels like the right time to make sound choices for the future, with all pieces now in place to embrace one integrated vision and strategy, backed up by a global structure. Being a truly global business now, the relative importance of our key regions has grown and that is why we redefined our executive structure to give our regions more support and influence across the business. We also have worked hard to consolidate our portfolio, bringing the best of all acquired agencies together for more client impact'.

The firm was founded in 1997 and is online at www.insites-consulting.com .
