Russell is First NED at Research Strategy Group

Toronto, Canada-based custom MR provider Research Strategy Group (RSG) has appointed former MRS and AURA Chairman and veteran client-side researcher Danny Russell as its first Non-Executive Director, helping MDs Anne Coulter and Jim Peterson grow the business.

Danny RussellWith additional offices in Minneapolis and London, the firm was founded in the 1990s and prides itself on client-first, agile full service market research.

Russell is the former Marketing Strategy Director at Sky, and during 27 years in client side MR roles has worked at Boots, Kraft, British Airways and O2 Telefonica. He founded his own consultancy in 2015, holds a range of Non-Executive and Advisory positions across the research sector and is a Fellow of the MRS.

Coulter says of the appointment: 'We have had significant growth over the past few years and are excited to bring Danny on board to help us get to the next level.
