Digital marcoms tech firm The Spotler Group has acquired Netherlands-based Sooqr, whose technology helps online retailers target product at appropriate consumers at the right time. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Utrecht, Sooqr has developed a solution called MySooqr, to help eCommerce retailers see how their site visitors are using their online tools, and giving them metrics to help improve conversion rates. In addition, Soogr integrates the customer data platform powered by its partner Shopping Minds, to analyze clients' historical data and build customer profiles.
The firm joins The Spotler Group, which supports online retailers with basket abandonment, web site personalisation, analytics, personalised journeys and loyalty programme services. Following the deal, Sooqr will enhance the personalised eCommerce capabilities of behavioural data specialist Squeezely, which the Spotler Group acquired in 2021.
