In New York, data-led creative agency Formerly Known As (FKA) has appointed Linsey Loy as Chief Growth Officer.
Publicis-owned FKA uses behavioral science to understand how consumers feel about clients' brands, and why. The firm's approach is designed to build brands through relationships measured on 'emotional strength', and nurture long-standing consumer relationships.
Loy (pictured) joins from marcoms company The Brandtech Group, where she served as Chief Growth Officer, before which she was SVP, Head of Growth at dentsu's digital division iProspect. Earlier she worked for dentsu as Director of Brand Solutions, and she held senior roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day and at Deutsch.
In her new role, Loy will lead all new business strategies, including marketing and PR efforts, while providing strategic direction to the business development team.
