Five years after its acquisition, social media intelligence and AI-enabled consumer listening platform Synthesio has changed its brand name to Ipsos Synthesio.
The business combines social media, search and survey data from more than 800 million sources in over 80 languages across 195+ markets. Ipsos acquired the firm with the aim of reinforcing its own social media intelligence capabilities, and the change of name reflects the completion of the merger.
Andrei Postoaca (pictured), CEO of the rebranded business, comments: 'Ipsos Synthesio's AI-enabled consumer intelligence platform goes beyond social media listening to deliver actionable insights from online and offline data sources, leveraging Ipsos' decades of research expertise and award-winning analytical frameworks. The platform is powered by the most advanced AI algorithms, ensuring clients receive the most accurate, actionable insights'.
