Ipsos has appointed Tom Juetten as Executive Vice President and Service Line Lead for its US Innovation Practice, which provides clients with insights on the entire innovation process, from ideation and concept testing to post-launch evaluation.
Juetten (pictured) joins from customer platform Klaviyo, where he served as VP of Marketing, and created the firm's customer insights and analytics functions. Before this he was EVP, New Product Innovation at IRI, where he built and managed a 25-person team. Earlier in his career, Juetten was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte; Senior Marketing Manager at Ken's Foods; and Brand Manager at Kraft Heinz.
In his new role, he will combine qualitative and quantitative data to deliver business solutions that help clients maximize their ROI. He will report to Lindsay Franke, President of Ipsos US, who comments: 'With a remarkable track record and considerable experience from across the innovation landscape, I'm certain that Tom will support our client-first focus and reinforce our position as a leader and agile player in the innovation space'.
