In London, recently launched digital market research agency Potentia Insight has appointed former Alligator Research / Toluna exec Jon Dunford as Director of Operations. In addition, the firm has hired three other ex-Alligator Research execs - Geo Prisacaru, Adriana Dragan and Chris Pople.
Launched last month by former Alligator Digital directors Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford, Potentia Insight promises a bespoke approach to each project, adding an 'expert consultative element' throughout the process. The company is providing a range of innovative and creative digital solutions, from market research and customer surveys to online panels and communities.
Dunford (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience in online data collection, community management and research technology. For the past six years, he has worked at BVA BDRC's Alligator as Client Services Director, before which, he spent nine years at Toluna, latterly as UK Team Leader, Technology Services / Professional Services Manager; having begun his MR career as a graduate trainee at TNS.
Hassan comments: 'Jon brings with him such a wealth of experience which will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our capabilities. His addition to our team is a testament to our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible range of solutions,'
In addition, joining from Alligator Research are Prisacaru as Programming Director, after eight years as Senior Survey Programmer; Dragan as Senior Project Manager after previously holding the same title; and Pople as Senior Script Writer, having earlier been Senior Programmer.
