WPP has partnered with New York-based customer engagement platform Braze, promising brands the ability to deliver personalized interactions to consumers across multiple channels.With Braze, brands can ingest and process customer data in real time; and orchestrate and optimize contextually relevant, cross-channel marketing campaigns. The partners will focus on joint integrations and solution development, combining WPP's creative talent and scale with Braze's engagement technology to allow joint clients to break down silos between owned and paid media, and deliver cross-channel experiences to every customer. In addition, WPP will provide input on the Braze product roadmap and clients will gain early access to alpha and beta products along with customized solutions.
