In the US, Ipsos has partnered with video feedback platform Discuss to enhance its offering in live virtual feedback and fast online qual, among other areas.
The Discuss platform enables live, online moderated and unmoderated conversations, self-captured feedback, and media uploads to capture consumer experiences and enable brand leaders to meet and interact with consumers in real time. The firm is also in the process of launching an AI suite of capabilities, which will enable Ipsos to curate and summarise research in minutes after interviews are completed.
Ipsos is using the Discuss platform across several areas, including its flagship Consumer Empathy Program, which combines training, ongoing immersions, workshops and curation, to help brands connect with consumers. In addition to the live virtual feedback capabilities, Ipsos plans to use the Discuss Self Captures toolset when even faster qualitative feedback is needed, and to support research that highlights daily routines, unboxing, digital experience, and capturing in-the-moment reactions.
April Jeffries (pictured), Ipsos' Global President of Empathy, Ethnography and Immersive Research, comments: 'The Discuss platform has been a real breakthrough for our clients who want to seamlessly connect with and obtain feedback from consumers. We are delighted to have a one-stop shop for online qualitative research that is stable and secure'.
