Senior Promotions for Mindshare UK

Mindshare UK has appointed Alexis Faulkner as Chief Transformation Officer, leading the group's Insights, Technology and Analytics and Digital Planning teams; and Richard Kelly as Chief Solutions Officer. Both are new roles.

Kelly joined Mindshare UK as Head of AV in 2010 and has been Chief Revenue Officer for the last two years. His new role adds responsibility for delivering clients solutions bringing together the group's agency capabilities, to his existing job overseeing Mindshare's investment teams.

Faulkner (pictured) joined Mindshare in 2018 after working in a variety of senior roles at GroupM and ITV and has been its Chief Digital Officer since 2021. Her new role includes supporting clients in customer needs-based transformation of their businesses; in addition to ensuring Mindshare's operating model is fit for the future, and leading development of new products for growth, customer experience and e-commerce.
