US-based insights and strategic consulting firm M/A/R/C has appointed Michelle Sugent, Sarah Eaton and Sara Cerra as Directors, while Sherry Mohanty joins as Client Support Manager, Matt Ruppe as Client Support Director, and Tyler Konan as Director of Development.
M/A/R/C Research, which was founded in 1965 by Cecil 'Bud' Phillips, delivers solutions to create, evaluate and strengthen brands. Sugent joins with more than 25 years' industry experience, most recently gained as Research Manager at Kynetec, before which she worked for Ipsos Agriculture and Animal Health, having begun her career at Forward Research (acquired by Ipsos in 2008). Eaton's background includes 35 years of both supplier-side and client-side experience at firms including Market Diagnostics International, Brinker and JCPenney; and Cerra joins after eleven years at Dynata and its predecessor companies, serving most recently as Research Manager - Advanced Analytics.
Mohanty has more than twelve years of experience gained at Toluna and Sermo, while Ruppe brings more than 25 years of experience in project management, most recently through the role of Client Relationship Manager at Dynata. Finally, Konan joins with more than eight years' MR sector experience, working as Senior Consultant, Survey Programming at Kantar; Senior Decipher Survey Programmer at M3 Global Research; and Senior Survey Programmer at The Harris Poll.
