Finnish competitive intelligence provider M-Brain has launched trend detection tools, allowing users to pull insights from news, trade articles and industry databases, regardless of topic or industry.M-Brain combines proprietary AI technology and human intelligence to collect, filter, analyze and package information. The launch also enables smart visualizations of researched data, enabling users to analyze and benchmark trends and access charts on how topics of interest evolve over time and across regions.
The search uses a generative AI model that has learned from more than twenty million analyst-written business summaries, from over 200,000 business sources as training material. M-Brain says that users can ask questions such as How is the insurance industry expected to develop in my country compared to India?', and the AI will 'do the legwork'.
CEO Kimmo Havu (pictured) comments: 'We brought the AI-generative summarization as the first player to the market at the end of 2021, and now we have equipped it with powerful trend foresight visualization tools and AI-search. Instead of generic extracts, our engine builds comprehensive business summaries in English - from 107 world languages. It sounds clichéd, but the possibilities from gathering intel from business sources in any language are endless'.
The firm, which is headquartered in Helsinki with additional offices in Canada, Malaysia, France, Germany, Singapore and the UK, is online at www.m-brain.com .
