Former Behaviorally exec Francesca Sussman has rejoined the company as Vice President of TransactionPath Consultancy, which helps clarify the path-to-purchase and decision drivers in a category to understand the moments that influence consumer choice.
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients understand motivations for consumer purchasing. In March, it extended its TransactionPath suite with the launch of two new services, ShelfPath and DecisionPath, designed to understand 'New Retail' consumers shopping across physical, social media and other digital channels.
Sussman (pictured) re-joins after previously serving as a freelance Consultant at the company, having earlier been its VP, Client Development. Before this she spent more than five years at PRS IN VIVO, latterly as Senior Director, Client Development; and she worked for Nielsen as Manager, BASES China, based in Shanghai, having previously been Senior Research Analyst for BASES UK.
Behaviorally's Group President Crispin Beale, comments: 'We are so pleased to have Francesca rejoin the Behaviorally team. She has had a long and successful career at Behaviorally partnering with some of our most valuable clients in Asia and the US. She is now coming back to help build our TransactionPath Consultancy due to great customer demand'.
