In the US, AI-based employee experience (EX) platform Simpplr has raised $70m in a Series D round of funding, which will be invested in company growth and platform expansion.
Silicon Valley-based Simpplr, which also has offices in the UK, Canada and India, helps clients deliver real-time insights and personalized experiences that engage employees, and retain and attract talent. New funding was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from existing investor Norwest Venture Partners and from Tola Capital and Salesforce Ventures. The latest round brings the total raised to date to more than $131m.
