London-based digital market research agency Potentia Insight has appointed long-time BDRC Continental exec Ruth Watts as Director of Delivery.
Founded in 2022 by former directors of BDRC-owned Alligator Digital Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford, Potentia Insight offers a range of innovative and creative digital solutions, from market research and customer surveys to online panels and communities; with a bespoke approach to each project.
Watts (pictured) joins after more than fifteen years at BDRC Continental, where she latterly served as Director of Data Sciences. Before this, she was Marketing Sciences Manager at FDS International, having begun her career as a Senior Methodologist at Harris Interactive. She brings to Potentia Insights her experience of applying advanced analytic techniques to derive insight from data, with specialities in choice modelling, segmentation analysis, key driver analysis, machine learning and econometric modelling.
