Apollo Intelligence, which provides insights to the healthcare and life science industries, has upgraded its platform with machine learning (ML) sampling-based intelligence to research the right healthcare professional panelists at the right place and time.Investment firm Saroras Private Capital founded Apollo in 2019 after acquiring market intelligence firm InCrowd and healthcare data collection and custom survey solutions provider SHG (Survey Healthcare Global). Last year, Apollo was acquired by healthcare-focused private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners.
The group's extended platform offers beta capabilities including natural language processing (NLP) advancements in open text analysis for tagging, coding, ML-enhanced adverse event detection, and reporting. During the second half of 2023, these capabilities will support further ML and AI advancements focused on sentiment analysis for free text, survey automation, and expanded global capabilities.
