In India, martech platform Wondrlab has acquired a 51% stake in offshore software development company Cymetrix, which specializes in Salesforce consulting and data analytics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Cymetrix, which has operations in the US and India, offers services across customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics consulting, delivering large-scale projects for clients in real estate, pharma, hi-tech, non-profits, healthcare, retail and education. Through its team of 200 certified professionals, the company offers Salesforce consulting, business intelligence, CRM consultation, digital marketing and spend analysis.
Cymetrix founders Sandip Chintawar and Prakash Kolhe (pictured) will continue to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion across geographies. Wondrlab says the acquisition reinforces its own focus on providing an end-to-end digital transformation ecosystem to clients worldwide, adding to its previous acquisitions of influencer marketing platform Opportune, creative agency What's Your Problem, and performance marketing agency Neon.
Saurabh Varma, founder and CEO of Wondrlab says the buy 'perfectly aligns with our strategy of expanding our capabilities in digital business transformation technologies and services'.
