Northumberland, UK-based insight agency DRG (Dipsticks Research Group) has appointed Eleanor Finnon to its Board of Directors; promoted Gary Chow to Client Services Director; and appointed Tim Raglan as Client Account Manager for Panelbase.
DRG was founded in 1997 and provides research solutions to brands, media and the public sector. Sister agency Panelbase, established seven years later, boasts a panel of 370,000 UK adults and 55,000 children, plus a further 8 million adults worldwide via partners.
Tim Raglan (pictured) is the son of DRG founders John and Fiona Raglan, and will be based in the firm's London office. DRG and Panelbase MD Paul Wealleans says Tim is 'a fantastic addition', adding 'His proactive and energetic approach to client service will be a real asset as we pursue our growth objectives'.
Wealleans says of the promotions: 'We are delighted to welcome Eleanor to our board of directors. Since joining, she has proven to be a valuable asset to our staff and clients, driving innovation across the business. She plays a crucial role in our future growth plans. Gary has become an expert in helping clients with their sample and full-service research requirements. In his new role, he'll have a greater emphasis on client relationship building.
