In London, Kantar has hired former eBay / Amazon exec Bérengère Chaintreau-Fuchs for the newly created role of Global Panel Director in its Profiles division.
Kantar's Profiles division provides single point access to more than 170 million panellists in over 100 markets. Chaintreau-Fuchs (pictured) joins after nearly a decade at eBay, latterly as Head of Customer Engagement and Panels, and earlier as Head of Product Marketing and Market Insights. Prior to this she worked for Amazon as Customer Experience Strategy Senior Programme Manager, having earlier held consultancy/advisory roles at Capgemini Consulting, KPMG and Accenture.
In her new role, she will manage all aspects of Profiles division's owned panels, including LifePoints, Qmee, MobiWorkX, and ORU, as well as all panel partnerships. Divisional Global CEO Caroline Frankum comments: 'Bérengère's unique blend of skills in consumer insights, data analytics and product development for leading tech brands will be invaluable for ensuring our clients can make decisions and build strategies based on the most trustworthy, highest quality data from real people who actually are who they say they are'.
