ISC-CX Launches Solution to Spot Operational Shortfalls

July 7 2023

Customer experience analyst ISC-CX has launched a self-assessment tool called 'Close the Loop - Powered by AI', with which clients can identify and rectify operational deficiencies uncovered by audits or mystery shopping, while continually improving the customer experience.

Reinhold AuerHeadquartered in Switzerland and Germany, ISC-CX provides in-store and omnichannel CX analysis for global retailers, and its multilingual team in more than 120 countries collects and analyzes millions of data records each year. As well as customised retail audits, employee surveys and mystery shopping services, the company has recently launched an AI-powered reporting solution called Review Master, to analyse data from mystery shopping programs and voice of customer initiatives and audits, navigate through the data and drill down into each result.

The firm says Close the Loop has been developed to enable companies to track and resolve issues, by providing a 'comprehensive view' of their operations, and can be integrated into existing mystery shopper and audit programs, or used as a standalone solution. The tool features native app capture, in-app photo upload and geo-tracking, and its standalone mode can be used by clients to define their own 'trigger' criteria based on their unique requirements.

MD Reinhold Auer (pictured) comments: 'Our mission at ISC-CX is to support businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With Close the Loop powered by AI, companies can swiftly address operational shortfalls without the need for physical interventions, saving valuable time and resources'.
