In Texas, MR and opinion polling firm ReconMR has appointed Christian (Chris) Riepe as SVP of Consumer Insights and Research, leading a newly established Insights and Analytics Division.
Initially with a heavy focus on Texas itself, ReconMR has expanded its offering to a broader client base and provides large-scale telephone data collection, online and SMS research, fully integrated multi-modal survey design and implementation, and IVR-based research technology. Clients include government agencies, universities, media outlets, political pollsters and healthcare organizations.
Riepe joins to expand the company's existing advanced analytics and methods offering, bringing more than two decades of market research and strategy consulting experience. His previous roles include four years as Associate VP at Ipsos North America, seven as President of RTS Marketing Research, two and a half as VP at Blackstone Group and two as Senior Research Director at Escalent. For the last five years he has run his own firm, Principia Consulting.
ReconMR has recently acquired ComEngage and has plans for further expansion, in which Riepe's leadership of the new division will play a key part, the firm says.
