Untold Insights, which combines customer insights with AI, has launched a Gen Z AI persona through which it says users can have a 'direct conversation' and gain insights from their target audience segments.The firm's new SegmentAI solution offers access to a 23-year-old persona called Avery, who can answer questions, share her preferences, and provide feedback in real time. Avery's knowledge is built on Gen Z surveys from both the UK and US, capturing the insights of more than 1,000 Gen Z consumers. Untold says these insights are not designed to replace research with actual customers, but offer an immediate way to animate clients' segments.
