Stagwell Announces 'Harris Quest' Research Suite

Marcoms group Stagwell has announced details of a suite of integrated, AI-based research products on which its Harris Poll and Maru agencies are working together. To be known as 'Harris Quest', this will include AI-enabled self-service polling and other 'instant information' SaaS solutions.
Harris Quest's product portfolio will initially include:
- QuestBrand: always-on, real-time brand tracking
- QuestDIY: self-service quant surveys
- QuestPRO: professional-grade survey and insights tools
- QuestCX: customer experience management solutions
- Quest IC: insight community management, and
- QuestAI: a digital qual and quant insights tool.
The suite will eventually be fully interoperable with other Stagwell Marketing Cloud software and data tools.
QuestBrand is the new name for Stagwell's Harris Brand Platform, tracking software which looks at more than 2,000 brands on a continuous basis, operates in thirteen countries and collects more than half a million interviews in a year.

Stagwell has also today announced the acquisition of Left Field Labs, a digital agency combining technology and human-centric design - this will now join Stagwell's Constellation Network.
